My App Update On Mac Asking For Wrong Apple Id Password
I have purchased an iPhone from a friend, recently. I have a big problem on how to change the apple ID when updating apps into my apple ID. I have already changed the Apple ID in the settings>Store, but still the Apple ID has not changed in updating apps. I also tried removing the apps from the old apple id and reinstall the app again using my current apple ID. But still, when I try to update the already reinstalled apps, the old apple ID still pops up and not my current. Samsung printer software mac os. I hope someone can help me because I am tired of reinstalling all the apps everytime an app updates.
- Open up the app store, then scroll all the way down. Click on your apple ID and it should be simple from there.
- just go to featured in your app store on your phone and tap sigh out and tap sigh in, so just sign your id and your logged in.
- I think the best option will be to wipe your device completely and start over with your own ID. Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings
- Celtx writing. I'm having a similar problem and was wondering the same thing.

Apr 08, 2020 The fix for when your device asks for a different Apple ID. Unfortunately, if you have an app “purchased” by a different Apple ID, you’re sort of out of luck. That means the only way to fix the issue is to delete the apps that were purchased by that other account. From there, you can re-download and install them with your own Apple ID. Apr 16, 2020 So I set up my new Apple ID and password on both iPhone and iPad all was ok when first set up, I could see both items listed at the bottom of the Apple ID settings page on both devices but now on the iPad, I keep getting asked for the Apple ID password which when entered does not work, iPad says wrong Apple ID or password! Open Settings and tap on your Apple ID Name. On the next screen, scroll down and tap on Sign Out. If find my iPhone is enabled, enter the Password for previous Apple ID and tap on Turn OFF. On the next screen, tap on the Sign Out option. On the confirmation.
